St. John’s Christmas Fair is generally held the Saturday before Thanksgiving. It is the primary fundraiser for various projects, including donations to local and regional charities, and helps fund special projects within the church and its buildings. The Fair is a community effort and includes the sale of used books and a “nearly new” sale of antiques and household items. It also offers a silent auction, handmade crafts, baked goods, jewelry, antique linens, Christmas items, plants, used toys and sporting goods. There is a children’s tent for crafts and activities, complete with a visit from Santa Claus! The café serves delicious lunch and snacks throughout the day.
