2022 Annual Meeting Recap
Our 2022 Annual Meeting of St. John's Church was held on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at 11 AM in Bleecker Hall.
At this meeting we:
- Appropved the minutes of the 2021 Annual Meeting
- Received a State of The Church Address from the Rector
- Received the report of the Nominating Committee
- Elected Billy Wresch to succeed Seamus Mitchell as Senior Warden.
- Elected Lindsay Kamdar to succeed Sue Collins as a member of the Vestry.
- Reviewed the financial health of the church, including the performance against the budget, as well as the current balances of our endowed funds.
- Reviewed our Stewardship performance against historical giving and national trends.
- Received a very moving and inspiring report from our Outreach Steering Committee.
- Reviewed the remarkable accomplishments of work begun at the Memorial Cemetery of St. John's Church.
- Received reports from ministry areas and related organizations in the form of our Annual Meeting Report, which can be downloaded here.
