Rector Presents at Virginia Theological Seminary
Our Rector, the Very Rev. Gideon L. K. Pollach, was honored to participate in the Virginia Theological Seminary's Bicentennial events this past week. He participated in a panel discussion sponsored by the African American Episcopal Historical Collection entitled "How did we become a segregated church and what can we do about that?"
The presentation was live-streamed to YouTube and is linked below. In it he tells the story of the important work St. John's is doing to care for our burying ground for people of color on Harbor Road.
