Volunteers Needed!
The St. John’s Day Camp is having a great summer so far! Thank you to the volunteers who visited the camp earlier this month to read books and do crafts. The campers had a great time with Bill Kiley, Gina Jacobsen, Laura Schoonejans and Judy Hoffman. We are looking for more volunteers, especially on Wednesday, August 2nd, when the camp will visit St. John’s for a picnic. You can also be a part of a special School Supply drive we are doing. The idea is to give the children their own special box with pencils, scissors and other supplies they will have at home to do their homework and other projects. Please note: the set up has changed since the previous At St. John’s. We invite you to donate specific supplies (you can find the Wish List on Amazon) which will be delivered to St. John’s Church and/or help put together the boxes during Lemonade on the Lawn on Sunday, August 6th.
