Youth Community Service Opportunity - Sunday Child Care
Sundays during the 10 am service
July 7 through August 25
Do you enjoy baby sitting? Do you need Community Service credit for school?
If you answered "yes" to both of those questions, do we have an opportunity for you! This summer, in the hopes of making church more hospitable for our families, St. John’s is offering child care in the Nursery and on the playground for kids ages 0-5. We have a trained adult in charge of the Nursery, but we would love some volunteer help from our population of young adults.
If you are interested in signing up to be a summer Nursery Volunteer, please email Sue Waiter to be be enrolled in our Sunday Ministry Management tool "Ministry Scheduler Pro." Once there, you can pick Sundays to volunteer and the system will remind you! Earn up to 1.5 hours of Community Service credit each Sunday you enroll. Thanks in advance!
