Calling all keyholders!
If you have a key to St. John’s its time to let us know.
With all the changes in staff over the last several years, our key logs are out of date.
All keyholders at the church are required to be certified in the prevention of sexual misconduct for children, youth, and adults, and we are required to verify compliance with Church Insurance in order to remain insured.
Sexual misconduct prevention training is now available online, and we would be happy to help you come into compliance. If you have a key to St. John’s and would like to keep a key, please contact Marisa Orlich, our compliance coordinator and parish administrator, as soon as possible.
All keyholders are required to complete this training before January 1, 2024, or to return their keys to Marisa Orlich at the parish office. Your help with this is greatly appreciated and will prevent us from having to rekey the whole building at great expense.
If you would like to retain access to the building without the benefit of holding a key and thus having to remain compliant with the training, that is possible through discussion with the Rector.
