Coffee with a Purpose: Who is our Neighbor?
Sunday, October 13
During Coffee Hour, 11:15 am
Founded in 1926, Family Service League (FSL) operates 60+ social service programs in more than 20 locations, situated primarily in Suffolk County. Their tireless staff, numbering more than 700 professionals and support personnel, provides both physical and emotional aid to Long Island’s most vulnerable citizens.
St. John's has supported FSL for years through our outreach grants. Join us on October 13 to welcome Peggy Boyd, FSL's Vice President for Community Services & Advocacy as she shares with us her view of the many pressing issues of our town and the ways in which St. John's has been a support to the mission of FSL over these many years and some new ways we might be able to help in the future.
