Join us on August 18th at 10 a.m. for a very special worship service at St. John’s as we welcome the Praises in Steel Steel Drum Band to be the principle music at St. John's!
This vibrant ensemble, a cherished ministry of St. David’s Episcopal Church in Cambria Heights, will bring a unique and uplifting musical experience to our 10 a.m. service, transporting us to the West Indies without the need for sails or wings. If you have never heard hymns reinvented in steel, this is your chance. There is nothing like it.
In addition to this memorable worship experience, a special offering will be collected to support Hurricane Beryl relief efforts. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy inspiring music while contributing to a vital cause.
