"Love is the Way" Book Study Concludes Next Wednesday
Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm
Through February 10
"Love is a firm commitment to act for the well-being of someone other than yourself. It can be personal or political, individual or communal, intimate or public. Love will not be segregated to the private, personal precincts of life. Love, as I read it in the Bible, is ubiquitous. It affects all aspects of life." ~ Presiding Bishop Michael Curry in "Love is the Way" (pp. 14-15).
On Wednesday, February 10, clergy and parishioners of St. John's will gather to conclude our reading and discussion of Presiding Bishop Michael Curry's recent book "Love is the Way: Holding on to Hope in Troubling Times." - chapters 10 - 12.
Our study will be held at 7:30 pm and will include prayer and mutual reflection.
All meetings will be held over Zoom here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/
The book is available as a hardcover, audiobook, or ebook at many online and retail booksellers.
