Rehearsals on Wednesdays, 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Steve & Josie are thrilled to begin a new year singing with your children! Rehearsals have begun, but it’s not too late to join the Primary Choir (for children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade) or the Junior Choir (for children in 4th Grade through 8th Grade). Join us at rehearsal on Wednesday, from 4:30 - 5:30 pm.

And new this year, the Lee Room is reserved during for quiet study hall for siblings of Choir members during rehearsal time.

News

St. John's Episcopal Church was the first religious institution to be established in Cold Spring Harbor. The first Episcopalian services were held in the little 18th century school house just above the site of the present church. The very first Vestry minutes, written in fine script on September 4, 1831, lists the founders who pledged $2,000 to build a new church.

Like our lives, our church community is a gift from God we neither earn nor deserve, and yet, it is ours. We are responsible for caring for it, for nourishing it, and for participating in the ever outpouring gift of God's grace which we share through our actions together. We are stewards of these gifts for as long as we live, and we steward the gift of this church so that future generations will have the opportunity to receive God’s grace and put it into action.

Our whole life and ministry is “Grace in Action.”
