Recovery Ministries Return to St. John's
St. John's has a long history of hosting the incredibly powerful work of Alcoholics Anonymous through our partnerships with the Nassau and Suffolk intergroup agencies. In fact, the work done in our rooms on Tuesday and Friday nights has long been some of the most transformative work for individuals and families committed to a journey towards greater health and renewed life that we have participated in.
During the pandemic, these ministries moved online, but at long last, they return to St. John's beginning Tuesday, July 6, 2021. Beginners' meetings are on Tuesday nights at 7:15 PM in Bleecker Hall and are open to anyone curious about beginning the journey to sobriety. Details of our other meetings can be found on the Nassau and Suffolk County Intergroup websites.
