Special School Supply Drive for St. John’s Campers!
As some of you may recall, last summer we gave the St. John’s campers “gifts" at the end of camp. The children received their own special pencil cases complete with pencils, scissors, and other school supplies to have at home; to do their homework and other projects. The campers were thrilled with the gifts parishioners had enthusiastically prepared for them! We want to repeat the Special School Supply Gifts this year!
The campers will decorate canvas pencil cases at the Day Camp picnic on July 31st. Meanwhile, by August 1st, we invite parishioners to donate specific supplies to be delivered to St. John’s Church, or if you prefer, they can also be dropped off in the vestibule of Bleecker Hall, and/or via the Amazon Wish List (link provided below):

We hope you will please join us to help fill the pencil cases during Lemonade on the Lawn on Sunday, August 4th. You can even include a note to the camper(s) offering advice and/or well wishes for the start of their school year, if you wish.
