Support our Florida Family
So many of our parish families split their time between Long Island and Florida that we cannot watch the dramatic events unfolding in the wake of Hurricane Ian without grave concern.
Many of us will want to know how our parish families are doing, and, as we learn, we will share that information with the congregation. Others of us will want to do something.
Obviously, one way we can respond is in prayer. Another is to donate money in support of disaster relief.
Many of us have a preferred vehicle for donation, but the Episcopal Church has a relief and development agency that works through local churches to respond to needs as close to the ground as possible. That means that Episcopal Relief and Development supports congregational leaders in supporting their parishioners.
Updates on Episcopal Relief and Development's work can be found here.
